I am fairly new at this style of pixel art and I need a lot of feedback so that I can improve. Anyway here is the lizard.

Not bad shading thus far... I think the bottom of the body should have a little more shadow if the head's so big and floating over it.

After you shade the body with the head shadow, you might want to up the contrast on the rest of the body.  In particular, add a bit more darkness to the scales in the shadowed areas.  Looks good otherwise though. :)
