 My take on this is that Natalie was distressed by the quality of her alien toy and vented her disgust by viciously attacking it with a blunt instrument. Before loosing the last of its stuffing it manages to scrawl the name of its attacker and showing the last of its love for owner places a heart in the place of a dot above the I. I'm hoping I've got the ability to make the stuffing look like stuffing and can do some fur or material like texture for the alien, but I haven't so it probably wont be completed, but I like the idea for the challenge and expect a lot of quality entries for this one. Good luck! |

You people got it al wrong: its a pet. the purple thing is a neckband and the poor little creature is missing an ear...  so i think that will make my creation  a half human pet btw edit: the drawing is made in the kindergarten. It's the little brother of natalie. She doesn't like her little brother, so a neckband is never a bad thing to have on an annoying small mammal... edit2:  this is a sketch of natalie's little brother. Her parents are punks, natalie is paranormal and steve (the little brother) has emerged to close to roswell... and i hope it isn't to far from the challenge's rules, cause ive tried only to change the perspective (i dont like my idea in top down view you know): -the spikes are the lines on the circles -the hair are the sloppy lines partially outside the head - the clothes are to keep the kid from ending up naked -he has the smile and those small round eyes - his head is round and square at the same time - he has a neckband (the purple piece in the drawing) -he has only one ear  ------------- http://www.mega.freeforums.org/ < PJ Member Dran's Multimedia and RP Forum |

AdamPlays, I'm pretty sure the fish is not what she intended. But if you pixel something you think she was intended it won't be interesting at all, right? ;) Btw, strange you can't see a fish. That's the second thing I saw after the chainsaw :)
Kren, I think it's cat or dog either. You creature definitely needs a texture. Also I would work on an expression. While the victim looks pretty sad the hungry one seem too indifferent. Imagine yourself eating something. It's impossible to eat with this expression :) Aleiav, Leroy thanks! :) Varock Shade, nice idea on the story behind the art. Here is my New WIP.  I can't get it to loop through the animation it just does it once and then stops??? Anywho, Any CC would be good on my WIP.

I'd find a way to work in the who cut off tail... it's generally a bad idea to cut things off when you only have on object in the piece.

Gas13--- I am using the gamemaker sprite editor. I can save it as a GIF but I don't know how to link the picture to here and make it repeat the animation.

Excalibur - If you make it inAnimation shop or whatever, it should automatically loop unless you change sme specific options within the program.
Game Maker is definitely not an ideal program for sprite creation and animation, let alone exporting as an animated GIF.
