Hey everybody! It's me Jens (aka "the pixel raper", or "that retard" :p)
Well, b4 I am going to start colouring this mess, I wanted to know how I can improve it. The previous time I've started colouring without improving the artline (or actually making some ARTline).

Note: this is the second pixel I made. So please have some understanding. And I actually don't know alot about human anatomy (though I've tried to make it look as natural as it can be)
You might find this kinda "retarded", but retard style = my style)
I've posted 2 Wip's

1)The one without information:

The one With information :

PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE! As you can see, there is still ALOT of work!

Thank you for reading...

Ps: I might not have listened to your advice the first time, but that was because I've started colouring everything already!

PLEASE BE FREE TO EDITE WITH A RED PEN

Looks pretty cool, what are you gonna do with the background?
I dont like the floating people, I think you should put them all on the ground, and do a neat background. Other than that I'd say just start shading.

Well actually I was planning to make a depth pixel. When I'm going to start shading, you'd probably see it ( I hope so). What do you think?
And the background is some kinda grass landscape.

Yeah... don't start shading yet.

Let's do one thing at a time, ok?
We'll start with the King looking guy in the center:
1. What is that big square thing in the middle of him? I don't understand what you were trying to show there..
2. His arms are each as thick as his head, and his left arm, if it were straightened out would easily reach his calves.. that's too long for a human being.
3. His chest:  I assume he's wearing some sort of armor, you need to define that shape more, and make it at least somewhat symmetrical.
4. On his legs, those circular things look like knee pads?  either they're something else, or his knees are incredibly low.

Work on that for now so that you don't get overwhelmed by all the stuff that needs to be fixed.

Also, does that thing really need to be that  big?  There's so much wasted empty space, and the composition has no real focus and it's just kind of a lot of stuff thrown in.

But anyway, I'm really glad you came back to get more help.  From what I remember last time you felt like you've done too much to go back to the beginning and fix all the problems. So kudos for wanting to improve

P.S.  http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/farp/figure/williamlibodyconstruction.html - This should be very helpful for you, there's info on proportion and also fighting stances, which really need improvement in every runescape art I've seen here.

Wow, thank you for your comment! I know it might seem very big, but it is a header for my community. Perhaps smaller??
I'll think, I'll just start drawing stickfigures on my paper now :)

I think, if it's a header, you should either zoom in on pixels, simplify it, or use vectors instead.

Alot to work on here. As leel said, just focus on getting the king's lines right for now, just post your progress on him I reckon. Look forward to seeing progress.

Oh btw, DON'T use the line tool.
