Why that many (useless) colors?
I find it hard to believe that this piece is made by placing each pixel by hand...

Photoshop, I made the circle whit a tool from photoshop... and it comes out whit a bunch of colors...I'll make one in paint, it has easyer cirle tool ------------- We fall to rise again. |

To make a proper circle in Photoshop just uncheck the "Anti-alias" box. ------------- |

Photoshop is great for PA. Set all the tools as anti-alias OFF and tolerance 0. ------------- |
