Pixelblink suggested that I post my progress here...

The problem I am currently having is with the tokens.  I can't seem to get them to look right...  The perspective, size, or anything.  I think I have writers, er, I mean Pixeler's Block...

If I can ever get Monopoly done, I am going to start on:
  1. Candy Land
  2. BattleShip
  3. Scrabble
And whatever other classic board games I can think of.

C&C Is welcome and is definately wanted...  I will keep this as up to date as possible.

I dont get it.

So you're going to make, like, the entire board and everything?

"Classic Boardgame Battles "

It's going to be boardgame vs boardgame. Makes sense to me.

Wish I could think of a way to tell you how to do them without doing them myself, Ensillitis. I think you should do your best with them and then post em here so we can comment on em then

No, they are all going to be on a table or something, but it is going to be like a medieval battle type layout...

This would be a fun pixeller/programmer collab.  Board games are pretty darn easy to program... the hard part is definitely all the pixelling.

Well, to actually come up with rules for a fun boardgame is challenging, but the programming part is easy.

sibix, that would be awsome, and you could have it on someones server and you could have it so there were mulipule games, and you could join one of the games, unless its full. (Im not actually saying you, I just mean whoever is programming it.)

For every second spent wondering if you can do something, you could spend 2 seconds doing it.

I started that back in '03...

One of my projects I never really finished...  I had to move the card piles, because where they are supposed to be looked really wierd to me.  Then I couldn't figure out how to make the the spaces look good.  So I threw it into my scrap pile...

Anyone is more than welcome to take anything they want from these...

Did you Sibix? Not me. I like the size and everything of it, the extra plus is the Monoply guy, nice colours on him - especially the hat!

Oh, I do.

And, out of curiosity, what do you use as an animation program? The Gimp is really inadequate in my books. (Ensellitis)

I use ImageReady...  Never used Gimp, don't ever plan to.  I paid way to much for Adobe Suite 7, so I am keeping it until something much much much better comes along
