It looks very nice and clean! But if you want suggestions from me: You could try to highlight some lines, maybe thats better, maybe its not... for the open hole, I would not use thick lines again, it looks weird, and for the largest hole I would change the shading a bit.. doesnt look very realistic now.. and some AA on the middle line :) But it looks great! Really!

I hope you don't mind, but I made a little edit of two of the holes on your cheese wedge.

One thing I didn't like is that your air pockets didn't suggest spherical bubbles (which I'm assuming is the case in reality - I'm no cheesemaster). I tried to make them seem more spherical in my edit.
The other is the anti-aliasing that you currently have in place doesn't smooth out the lines very well.
But otherwise... lots of AA will help make it smooth.

Thank you a lot! I will get working on the next update.. And yes.. The holes are there from air bubbles. They form in the cheese when it is made.. anyways... EDIT:
 Any more comments until I move on to my small cheese icon thingies?

the bubbles are formed by fart gas from bacterias
