Project name:  Velencia Online (Fantasy/Post-Med./Time-frame Progression) 
Brief description: In basic, the game is an S&MMO series featuring a more commonly known 2-Disc feature, providing two versions of each release, storyline mode (which is more engrossed into the actual storyline), and multiplayer which in general is a atmospheric shell of the storyline, time setting, and events going on in each series. The project in general has been in pre-planned work for the last 11 months, conspiring a 320+ page, 3 chapter epic storyline, several art books full of character concept profiles, monster concepts, race concepts, scene & map drawn concept layouts, and more-over writing scene scripts for each storyline based cut scene. Everything including character vs. monster data to the unique ABS system were all charted out over this time period, and will need refining as obviously assumed, but all this pre-project plotting will a heavy resource archive for much of the game's foundation and content. 
More over as for the project itself, the project that I currently bring before you today, is what we would like to call the "Introductory" project, which in part, generally refers to the distinction of the game. This project will be the pre-quel to the actual series, residing around the concepts of the game, to simply familiarize the audience with the world layout, races, the evolving storyline, the general atmosphere, theme, and just in basic, simply an introduction to the values of the VO epic. Now through these aims, we plan to make this the lesser project of the series, by making it a browser-based 2D production, as per intention, as to not only publicize the construction of the series, but also in effect to leave the fans craving for a more detailed expansion, hensely the 3D direction we intend to expand to when working on the actual series. 
Target aim: As of current the introductory project I bring before you is a free to play (F2P) basis, there will be available account expansions that will be available for pay to play members (P2P) members, which will re-direct towards the production of the actual VO series, and the extensive server network needing to be established as such.

Talent needed: Character Designer Generally refers to any pixel artist that is talented in the field of character design, and is able to implement the 8 frame directional animation. This will also entail hair styles, outfits, and such apparal, everything associated to character references is included under this division as a sub-task. 
Demon/Monster Designer  
Refers to all artists who are capable of clean and creative monster based design in a 8 directional frame. The aspect of being able to deviate is also a strong point to this position as only so much definition planning has been devoted to the demonisce of Velencia.  
  
Scenery/Landscape Designer 
Consistant of talents that are skilled with landscape design, this includes doodads and props for the game. In addition it will include basic animation of such objects seeing as our engine was conspired to allow such, and we intend to manipulate is as such. 
  
Reserve/Icon Talents 
This is just the last category which if any artist is talented is icons for such items, weapons, etc., but isn't as high of a priority as can be assumed the current artists easily sub for this category.

Previous Work by Team: As for my personal history, I've work along side two other projects, none of which a management member. Only as an assistant storyline producer/editor, concept artist, scene writer, advertising, and on occasion a chance at HTML work for event articles. Unfortunately I've never picked up the skills as a programmer during such assistant positions, which is one definition that I lack, so in general my understanding of such is vague. As for my team, well they can speak for themselves by the work, and progress that we've made so far. We're all unacquainted with each other aside from me and Vittorio who date back to my minor MMO project, that unfortunately faded away because an engine incapability.  
Additional Info: The following are just some pictures from one of my concept books, mainly a depiction of some of the crude race ideas, but in general help paint a better idea of the world of Velencia. As for the histories and roles of these races, it will soon be available at our website once one of our concept artists has created a race profile sheet.
