 For the lil dudes, i don't know what else to do..  What should i add? Change? Delete?

| Make them hold their gard, you know have them hold their hand in their forhead, also add a "general" lil dude stading on our right side. (near the watch tower) |

Looks cool, but the generals hat could use some work ;D And by that i mean that you should give his hat outlines so it fits to the other stuff. |

The reason being that you'll need to pull something innovative and interesting for people to accept it. I imagine that many members are rather tired of lil' dudes. |

Yeah, we don't really accept Lil' Dudes anymore unless they're creative and original. I think http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixels/profile.asp?id=6269 - Imagician 's Lil' Dudes are good examples.
