Welcome to Yaso City.



Should you be willing to construct a building and move in, feel free to pick and claim a property:



WARNING: You are NOT to draw on the very edge of the lots! (this thin area is actually shared between properties!)

Please stick to the construction plan where possible, with orange being industrial, blue commercial and green residental zones. Not necessary, but desired. Lighter color indicates that tall constructions should be avoided:



In case someone needs our road plan, here is the current design:



Please attempt to maintain consistency to other properties in the city as it grows. The outline of a building should be darker than the building itself, but as light as possible (look at the chemical processing plant).

Also I want to say that I will accept quality work. I don't want something anyone could do in 15 minutes. That plant of mine took possibly several hours to draw, as did, believe it or not, this city layout :F

We will expand the city construction plan where needed.

So step right up and present your construction plans to the mayor's office!

Please provide your building individually with the lot. This is important, because I'm planning to expand this into a web-based project when we have enough material.

haha core this is awesome. i like it cuz its organized into different zones and the rules are very strict. ill probably add one tomorrow.

Wow, I love this. The template is fantastic, so is the factory. I hope I can add to this. The rules make for a possibly awesome finished product. Oh, and what is Yaso?

No problem by me, it's time to start a new one, I started the other one so long ago. I will probobly make a building for this.

And oh, please do tell which lot you're taking before drawing. Although I can expand this thingy with relative ease, I'd prefer not to have unpleasant collisions :)

Also I want to point out that I didn't make all of the terrain, another gfx artist from my team did most of that job.

explaning which 1 we want, im makeing 1 for the furthest away blue

Oooer, not bad :D

And yeah I should've done that initially, the properties are now numbered :)

You didn't have the terrain included so I just put the building onto the pavement, you can fix it if you'd like something else.

verry sim city ish :)
me listening to simcity music while drawing these might have had an impact ;)

the number 2 spot would be nice. its actually based on a clothing manufacturer I pass by every time I go to work

Why are 11 and 10 so small, those are supposed to be tall buildings.

Dutrho: Just as an advice as a pixel artist, it could use some more contrast. Heh your building is hard to distinguish from the dirt behind, let's hope someone builds there soon :)

Rifts:
I put yours in n. 12 in order to connect it to the road. If you'd rather have it in 11 as you requested, just say and I'll put it there.

Dejital: Mm I don't know, but if it bothers you I can move the library to n. 9.
