I have found a new, fun, different, thing to pixel. Tattoo Designs. They are alot of fun and alot of work, especially the aa'ing.

Here they are.

1.

2.

(The arrow symbolizes Virility and Power.)

3.(The cross symbolizes the bridge between heaven and earth.)

I will be adding many more soon. (Just so you know, I'm only 14, so don't ask if I have any tattoo's, haha.)(Also, just so you know, I'm not Irish or Scottish, I just like pixeling celtic designs. They have alot of cool meanings and so much you can do with them.)

Any comments or crits are welcome.

Question: What would be the function of these (besides giving you AA practice) They're nice, but there's a reason why people dont pixel tattoos.

It's just fun to do, and if you understand the symbolic meaning, it kinda makes the tattoos cooler.

You can go here to see what different words symbolize and different pictures.

Ryan, why would you pixel anything other than to give practice or make something cool?

But he's kinda right, I just love to argue. My beef with this is the lack of colour. Make that tattoo be on someone's arm, then I'll be impressed.

I might do that later, but now im just focusing on the tattoo's. Later, I might add some of them to an arm and add some color.

Saboteur: When you pixel other things, like say, sprites, they're fun to look at. But plain black tattoos are boring to begin with, let alone pixelled.

Agreed. (with whom? I won't tell)

And these aren't really WIPs.

Well, no, there not really WIP's, but there always ways to improve something, so if you see a line that you think doesn't look right or something or you see something that you think would look better a certin way, say so and I'll try it out, and then when I think I'm done doing tattoo's, I will put them all on one page and put the in the gallary.

Yeah it's not so much "Work-in-progress forum" as it is "Critisism forum"

the smaller ones look better then the big one. it looks very blunt on the points, allso i find that the lines are way t thick. this might work in some tat's but it doesnt in this one, or at least not for me.

the arrow is allso pretty much 1 big spot of black, and thereby it doesnt look interesting

the cross looks pretty nice, though i preferred it if you would make the cutout crosses longer, as to decrease the black mass.

allso, you can use the greys to fade out lines etc, not just for AA-ing
