In theory it is correct. However you can do it with less AA colors. The thing with a AA is minimalism, yet enough to visually smooth.

Most of it isn't bad, but you might be tending towards using too many tones for aaing. One or two should be all you need, and even if you have more in your ramp, using them all instead of the one or two that are most appropriate leads to a blurred look.
Here I did the red using only one color between red and black (two is fine too, but I wanted to show that a single color will suffice). It looks more defined and I also antialiased the inside of the hat's outline. Also, remember that pixel-perfect lines like 90 and 45 degrees don't need aa; all it does in those cases is blur, so the areas of those angles that were antialiased were in error.
 
EDIT: Neat, jal and I both posted essentially the same crit at the same time.

So shall I discard of AA on 45 and 90 degrees angles?

Yeah, and just antialias less in general to eliminate the blurry look. You already were doing pretty good on 90-degree angles, but the 45-degree ones do need some work.
