I wouldn't have the arms as straight as Daviid did them, it looks a little unnatural. *has lots of trouble with getting arms right, so is always looking at them* =P
I'd smooth out the edges of the cape (that is a cape, right?), and elong the right (his right, our left) side of it a bit. Make a more sharp point where it finally stops.
The way his body is positioned, I'd make the face toward us a little more, or have him looking at something in the distance.. Or, try to make it look like he's looking at something. @_x;
I'd find a median between the abs your drew and the ones that Daviid drew. :)
And add nipples. XD

I've got the same problem with arms and hands.. I know my edit wasn't perfect but I tried ^^
But well, I'm also kinda noobie @ pixeling.
Btw I only checked the body, I didn't looked at the cape/background..

o_O If he's gonna be holding a dagger/short sword, I don't think it would be straight up.
I'd have his hand down more and maybe loosely holding it between his fingers.
Or...I don't know. >_> In a sheath and hand on the hilt? :/

I would drop his shoulders down considerably and generally make him look less puffy. Like so:
But I am NOT an anatomy expert.

I tried and I failed.  ^^;
If you drop his shoulders, make his upper body not as big as well.
It depends on if you're going for a more extreme-buff looking person, that isn't quite natural/realistic, or for a warrior who can actually fight. ;)

Looks a lot better. :D I don't know about the muscles though? o.o? Have you googled "muscles"? You will probably come up with something, like I did, when I was doing some drawing or something *rambles*
The crown(right?) looks too stiff. D;

a reference picture will greatly help you when working with anatomy:

and let me say, i'm gald to see that this isn't another piece of the regular "runescape-ish" quality.
P.S.: oh, and don't mess with couloring yet. its better to have these lines well defined first in the entire piece, and then move into the second step.

Metaru, sometimes working with color helps fix up the lines, since you're starting to look at forms as opposed to just the flat outlines. I agree he shouldn't go too detailed yet - the dithering will really be a pain in the ass when you have to edit issues you'll find later, so - blocking out colors and shading is good, getting too detailed and focused on one part at a time is not good.
good luck

To make him look younger, try moving his face down. It's going to be generally hard because of the muscle mass, but... (Oh, and *how* young? Like, 20's or early teens or what?)

abra, if you want more help i'd suggest you reply to the people who have already given you their opinions and ideas. At the moment you seem to be moving on to something else each time you update, and it doesn't look like you're taking into account what other people are saying.
These people are taking their time to help you, the least you can do is to acknowledge them.

The problem with the arms, his right arm in particular, is that you're trying to fit the entire arm outside the cape.
It looks like he has his right hand near his belt line. If that is the case, then his elbow must stick back behind him a little bit and be hidden by the cape. Hold your right hand near your belt line at your waist and look at your own elbow. See how it sticks back behind your body? Make his arm look like that.
ORRRR...
If you really want his arm to be stuck to his side like that then you need to foreshorten his right forearm so that it appears to be coming out of the cape toward the viewer, not just half as long as it needs to be, as you have it now.
Hopefully you understand. If not, just let me know and Ill try a quick edit. But never be afraid to use your own body as a model. :)
