So on a whim feeling quite Slytheriny, I decided to make a silver snakey sprite! -->   Start --> Current Edit Here it is on a white background for you guys: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v611/aleiav/Pixel/snakey3.gif The stupid URL function is being a dick. It's loosely based on http://www.blackmambasnake.com/blackmambasnake6.jpg - The Black Mamba yet silver, a little more thick and, obviously, much shorter. I'm not sure how I feel about it right now. I like the shape but I'm feeling a little eeeeh about the color. Any suggestions? I'd really love a perfect little snakey for my signature. Lar suggested that the head's a bit too static... any suggestions on how to move it? Maybe facing more towards the audience? |

I think his head looks static because the neck is almost straight up and down. Look at http://www.dkimages.com/discover/previews/767/169974.JPG - this pic . See how the neck is curved around? I think if you did that you would be better off.
The silver is too grey, I'd like to see some hueshifting, maybe some blues in there. |

Yeah I see what you mean. I'll fix the snake head later but for now I've been messing around with the colors.  I did it with green. What do you think? EDIT: Changed the snake head.  >>  More contrast in the one on the right. EDIT 2: Current version:  |

I think this might be the final update! And the sprite version! Left one's for light backgrounds, right one's for dark.  I fixed some stuff based on Skull's crits and some crits I got at another forum. I like it much better now. |
