The first thing that I notice when looking at it is the tail. It might help for you to think of the tail as a continuation of the spine. You have yours set in the middle of the body, height-a-ways, and a little off center. It throws off the balance of the entire critter, for me. You might try to move it up a bit, and to the left just a few pixels.

Also, from the head and neck ruff, you have a very clear, defined light source. The little line of highlighting on the opposite side of the body (The line at the top of the torso,) doesn't make a lot of sense.

This is cute. :3 That face is very sweet, and good job on doing an interesting angle.

his right ear is behind the tail. by judging the pose, that seems a bit imposible.

it is supposed to be looking at him from behind so I amused since it tail is so big it would cover the ears.

member_profile.asp?PF=4582&FID=8 - @Arbor   I will try to do what you said and I'm editing now I can see what you mean about the tail

now the tail is placed on the top of the right musle, instead of being in the middle-top of the back legs.

the neck ruff -and the head itself- aren't really connected to the body. its more like the neck ruff is conected to the bottom of the head , and this one is pasted over the rest of the body. the ruff should be directly affected by the pose of the neck, wich, in this case, is in a 45° angle towards the viewer. this means that part of the ruff will eventually not be visible to the viewer as it gets pulled. look at this simple diagram:

each one of these lines represents a segment of the body of your eevee (torso, neck ruff and head). i believe the diagram is quite self explanatory. the ruff is an extension of the neck pose, not of the head's pose.
