ok guys, my dad just asked if i could make a pixel of him and i definitly need help.
This is what i have so far:
 I want to make this nice. And put it on photo paper and to the wall. This may sound cheesy but owell. Please help me
ps. i wanna work on most of the face first and gradually move on to other parts of body in the photo (bg wont be there later)

Lightningfast C&C! Top lip is too big (Makes more of a sneer, less of a smile) Bottom lip appears to be misshapen, it almost touches the outside line of his cheek in the photo. HIS right eye is too small. I think. Why outline the top of his hair when you can't actually see that outline in the photo? Unless you're planning to make a new background, I'd ignore that outline and dot in the hair highlights instead. Good start, though! quick highlights on the hair. Tried messing with the eye...any better? Also changed the lips.
