*eyes start to bleed* OWCH! Don't use that font color! It seriously hurts my eyes.

As for the pixel art, the line art isn't as good as it can be. Spongebob isn't a completely square/rectangle shape. Curve the edges, and that includes where the yellow meets the shirt. Also, try messing with the colors a bit. I had to zoom in to see outline. Use a black or a near-black color for the outline, since that's how they are in the show. Try to make more contrast in the colors, and put some shading in.

Well I like the pixart, I think that the edges do need to be curved a bit sorta a grated feel  But over all 7/10 =D

well stroodle, you were already advised about this forum's point.

about Purpletree, i would reccomend to use this as a good color choice practice. use yor reference(teh movie poster) and try to explore the colors present in it. you don't need to copy exactly the same colors(in fact, i encourage you to mimic them just by eye).

and even when it its obvious, remember to ALWAYS post your references. the idea is to avoid unnecesary problems m'kay?

honestly, i don't believe you could get much experience on this. both characters are quite flat, so you won't get too much challenge with the shading. also, you're traced it, so there's no creativity either.

you know what Purpletree, i would suggest you to visit the lineart thread in the challege forums, pick one and practice your shading on it. you still need a lot of practice on this very important subject.
