So in order to procrastinate from essays, I've decided to work on something new, a mini version of me! :P In my favourite comfy outfit, my black spaghetti strap shirt and my baggy skull face pants (which don't have the pattern on them yet, but will!). Right now I'm liking the hands on hip pose, just because it kind of goes with my personality :P But the problem being that the arm on the right (viewer's right) is looking weird to me... I don't know. Also the face is seeming weird. I had a hard time deciding the placement of the eyes, mouth, etc. So I wanted to get thoughts before I take a crack at shading. hmm? |

well the arm seems right to me, in both senses, but the feet look like they've been trimmed too much. expecially the right leg seems too much straight and maybe a curve at half could be useful in defining the joint. I think that the expression of the face is caused by the breast-up position, so that the neck is pushed too much behind... |

Not bad overall. At the very bottom left of the pants there's a small 2x2 square, seems kinda not needed. And since you had such a fun time with the eyes you should add glasses too. >:3 -------------  "pwnage comes with patience, practice and planning." ~ Jalonso

 Some basic shading. - I SUCK AT SKIN COLOURS - >.< @Peach: .. so should I extend the face out more... I fixed the leg being so straight tho, I hope. @green: That's my foot. :P And I tried it with glasses, mebbe I'll keep it. @Metaru: THERE. :O |

I really like the linearts. -The skin color is a bit greyish -The lightsource is a bit screwy. According to boobs/frontofneck, its coming from behind, but everything else is from the front(and maybe a bit towards the ground) -The pants look like parachute pants, dunno what you are aiming for. ------------- |

not to mention that those black likes are taking away too much space for such a small image. try to define shapes with shading instead of black lines. and well, everything below your hips needs some revisions, anatomically speaking. you could use these pokemon trainer sprites to give you some ideas. ------------- I ate leel's babies |

 UPDATEZ R SRZ BZNS. @green: I thought about it but I think that it's better to not make the mouth into a dark colour. I'm going to have problems making "lips" on such a small thing. :S @Peach: Got your concerns so I tried to fix the face but... I think I made myself uglier. XD I tried to do a smile but it just looked weird... not sure how to address that. If I move the mouth up.. it just looks odd. @skeddles: Hopefully fixed the skin colour. Again, I suck at choosing skin colours. >.< Oyye. I always do it all weird like. I'm not sure what you're talking about w/ the lightsource because if it were from behind the boobs wouldn't be shaded at all. It's pretty much you're basic head on light source. And yeah the pants are the baggy kind. :) @Metaru: I tried to mute some of the black lines in this update, but I didn't want TOO much muteness. I don't need the figure to look uber realistic and I kind of like outlining. I tried to fix the feet as well... hopefully that makes it look better. |

at some point I believe I made my own aleiav, since I find quite 'hard' for anyone who would try to make an edit aiming for 'accuracy' without a reference. but i have imagination and means to do things. i guess. editted a few things, mainly anatomy. I redo the legs in an attemp to make them connect with the torso. see if there's something you could use from this. on a side note, is the second time an innuendo came to my mind related to aleiav.... e_e ------------- I ate leel's babies |
