Hi all, I'm still working on small picture, here's a WIP of an insect's birth (totally imaginary).

I made an edit, working on the " egg's "texture, and some details on the insect.

Those are no details, those are weird green spots. What is it? the shell of the egg? why would it stick to him? If there is no good reason for it, remove it, the clean version looked way better :)
The work you did on the egg improved it a lot!

Thank you for the reply Lollige. I wanna show some pieces of the egg's shell, and some egg's liquid. before seeing your reply, i've made an edit.

I think you are way over pixelling here. You seem to be on the road to confusing the viewer. If you wish to have something cracking out of an egg. One crack with two or three pieces will 'read' better than many cracks and many egg pieces.
Remember your flower, more contrast, more definition.
One other thing the colors you have chosen make the shell pieces over the yellow thing hard to see. The egg or the thing needs a better color. Say if the egg where in purples shades it would stand out from the yellow. Or if the thing where in red shades it would stand out from the greens.

Thank you Jalonso, your critics and comments are allways rights. So i try a new one, integrating a new color, and less crack.

2 new version with one ( the first) where i try to show the liquid's wire.
