I made these two characters to practice working on a small scale. I think they turned out decently for the time I spent on them. A chef (if you can't tell I'm doing something seriously wrong)  Some kind of soldier/guard How can I improve them? |

 I added some better shading to the soldier. The shading I used originally was too subtle. |

Nope, the dithering is the problem.. Dithering, creates a look that suggests something is bumpy, and although sometimes that's good with Metal, Dithering is bad.. Just use cell-shading (don't know what else to call it).. Look at Souly, he has shown you what i meant. -Quake |

I didn't dither at any point. That was hsn's edit. But I took note of the changes Souly made and this is what I did. |
