The one on the right (the big one) is the reference, the one on the left (the small one) is mine.

I was watching Static Shock for some odd reason and I loved how the charecters where shaded. I went to the website and found this guy. Hey looked cool so I pixeled his face.

I didn't shade it because I was doing it like the show. I mainly just want c+c on the lineart. I will shade it decently later.

Thanks, Jake.

What do you mean, nothing to shade? You can shade anything. Please be more specific on what you mean.

I think this is what whoever posted above me was saying. The character you're redrawing has NO shading, so unless you typoed, or have an alternate definition of shaded... you're seein something I don't. And for the pic, more angle on the jaw would be nice.

*edit* oh, is there no shading in the template on purpose? I never watch the show... so I know nothing of the shading you like :P

Oh, what would I do without an edit button. Upon further thought, I decided to point out that the template has locks of hair with red and yellow in the same lock, where you have all the locks different colours. This is just a picky detail, tho.

There's no shading on that picture, but in the show, there is. I'm not going to shade it like the show though, Im going to make it look more realistic.

Easy misunderstanding if you don't watch the show. I don't watch it either. I might turn it on every now and then, but ya.

Thanks grey for the crits, i'll get on those.
