I think I will remake all the scales or at least keeping only the top ones.

reminds me of a varactyl off star wars..

I suggest you do some searching :]
Episode 3, there's probably some videos of obi-wan on it, running after grevious..

Looks nice though :]

Is it a biped or quadruped? if it's a biped, it's out of balance, if it's a quadruped it's... in a strange position, and it's front legs should be longer. Ofcoarse it could be one of those hybidslike iguanodon but those would probably be awfull steeds, way to wobly. Other then the appearant anatomy problems i'd say it's a really nicely done fantasy animal. I've got to wonder if sitting on those spines without a sadle is comfy though...
