Six colors, excluding the white, black, and dark blue background color.

I have some 'variety' in there, the left side won't match with the left side (Usually) and vice versa.
When tiled, it looks like this.

(it's a rather large image)
As you can see, it's not sprited too well and doesn't line up great, this is my first tileset.
So any comments on how to improve it?
(The second one will stay  JPGed up)

Here's the first tip I can give you: Save your images as a .PNG or a .GIF. JPEGs tend to destroy images. D:
