I just got bored and started sketching sh*t with my tablet and started doing this, can't really get the thumb right though, just asking if the anatomy looks alright so far, and the color... Also and decent tips on shading skin or just shading in general would be nice,(I am pretty terrible at that)  |

It's an interesting pose. I know it looks painful, and is painful when I try to put my left hand like that to imitate the pose. (But I'm liking it). Dunno if your doing this with a model or not, but put your left hand like drawn here, and that's a good way to think of how the thumb should be. My thumb kind of bends back when I do it, simply because it's so difficult to hold my other fingers in place as such :D |
