(I'm sorry if this is wrong, I think this is what I'm supposed to do?)
I suggest a pixel galaxy, where people can make their own planets and such. Canvas Size – in increments of 64x64 Palette – Semi-limited, see below~ Transparency – No. Animation – Optional~ A 64x64 block for you, plus a random circle I made, if you want to do a planet the same size as mine. Also, the “palette” The background space along with a star colour. Those are the only required colours, your background MUST be that colour, and if you have really far away stars they should (but don’t HAVE to) be that colour~ 
My block. Very simple, just an earthy thing. =P The otherblocks to be filled by everyone~ You don’t have to restrict to 64x64, your canvas just has to fit neatly onto one of more of the 64x64 blocks. The entire canvas can/will grow as needed, so don’t worry about making something too big or that fits specifically beside another person’s~
