It's pretty hard to comment on sprites of this sort. It would be great if you could set up a mock-up so we can see how the sprites are gonna be used. Then we could give proper critiques based on that.

the human is good, looks heavily inspired by dbz sprites though. monsters seem rather uninspired (block with arms, pear shape with legs)

This looks quite good. I have a little readability problem on the right one: can't decide if it's a brick wall or a paved road with the enemy walking on it. OK, I know it's a wall because I know the guy flies, but I don't see it. Maybe more squarish bricks would help, and a cast shadow from the guys and platform, if compatible with tiling.
