I'm currently a cinema major at Los Angeles City College.  I've pretty much been going between areas of study because I don't rightly know what I really want to do... or I just don't feel like choosing.  Anyway, because this, I have thus far ended up with three Associate Degrees (which might sound neat at first, till you remember that Associate Degrees are about the lamest thing you can have in the world.  If you would like to know, the degrees I have thus far are in Theatre Arts, Music, and Mathematics.  I probably could've gotten a Liberal Arts degree, too, but I didn't think to look into it.  I almost got a Computer Informations Systems degree, but I had to drop one class due to time complications with theatre.

Naturally, I quite a fan of video games.  I pretty much love any of the greats.  My favorite game of all time is Super Metroid, but I'd say that my favorite game for pixel art would have to be Final Fantasy VI for all of it's intricate enemies.  I also tend to be long winded when I write, so this bio is probably going to go on for at least two or three more paragraphs.

I've been doing pixel art since my freshman year in High School.  I started out on my TI-83 calculator.  Naturally, the first thing I tried to draw was a naked woman.  Of course it sucked.  Later on, I would draw my friends using there yearbook pictures as reference.  Those sucked, too.  I stopped with the pixel art  for a little while till one day I all of a sudden I had the urge to do some more because my friends and I were really into RPG Maker 2000 back then, and I'm the kind of person who would rather make everything himself than use the same library of stuff that every one else uses.

I've improved slow and steady, but I don't get much time to make things.  I often times start drawings, but never finish them.  And I haven't really tried to make anything new in at least six months (partially due to a couple of massive computer crashes in which I lost several pieces (I know, I need to learn to back up stuff), and the loss of works has somewhat discouraged me from making new things).

Anyway, I would just like to say that there are some really amazing works of this site, and I hope to one day be able to accomplish at least a noticeable fraction of the quality of those works.
