This is super-cute, and I like your palette and that you didn't just go for something that's Asriel's actual colours.
Is there some significance to the pairs of dots all over? More importantly, I think they're wasting space on your palette - you could easily reuse other colours for them, but instead the dots have colours all their own.

Ah no I didn't use a base! All made by me :) I made it to be a free to use journal doll on deviantART!
