It probably makes more sense by itself, but the arrow keys are actually the bottom of the screen, and the gun/bomb indicators are actually buttons as well.

The layout is good and clear, easy to understand for people who look at it for the first time. Only crit is for which button is for the gun and bomb, though it seems like common sense that it would be the buttons underneath the arrow keys correspondingly.
