No problem! The best way to limit colors is to re-use colors instead of making new colors for different parts of the piece. For example, her tie and the bottom trim of her skirt can be done using the same colors used in her hair!

I would recommend cutting back on a lot of the colors; there are a lot of colors that are very similar to other colors and are only used for one or two pixels. There are 51 colors in this piece as seen here that number can easily be halfed and then condensed even more. When you get this many colors, all very similar looking, in a sprite so tiny many of them will just blend and not serve much of a purpose.
