Don't shrink the image. Either remake it or remove some parts of the image.
It was only black and white when I drew it, but my dimmensions were too big, when it shrunk down it merged things :(. Can I fix it?
It looks great! The only problem, if you were intending for it to be for the weekly contest, is that there are more than 2 colors here.
I don't think this week's challenge even has a size limit, so why not upload the big version? You could use a cropped version as the preview.
Dither AA (aka sawtooth AA, AAing with "greys" created by alternating black and white pixels) is an advanced technique you could also try, but I think it'd only work well at a larger size than this.
