I love the whole style you've used, the thick outline looks really nice IMO. I prefer the one with Blue lighting on though, adds a nicer look.

I like the one in the preview more, but only after I found a possible explaination for the blue light. In my imagination Leo has a gamepad on his lap, in his left hand and is sitting in front of a screen playing video games(though that would be more typical for Michelangelo) and he's turning around to yell at Don "F#%k! Quit the techno babble, I'm trying to concentrate on my Tetris score!" ...well... this has to be the most useless comment, I've ever made. :)
