You already seem to have a lot going for you regarding your pixels. Resources like friends and references are great places to start. Never be afraid of constructive criticism. The biggest things that I found in my attempt to pixel have to do with being sure of your palate ahead of beginning a piece. If you make sure to use your colors wisely and always try to indicate form and Lighting by the colors you use you'll always come out on top! Keep up the good work and always use each submission as an attempt to improve! I can't wait to see more of your submissions.
