Welcome! Nice work, I like it's character! However it also seems very rough, you could easily clean up that outline and fix the shading. If you like, take this to the WIP forums where we can help you improve it!

Welcome. You have a good starting point. I think it would help you immensely to study human anatomy to help with your art - you may notice that the shoulders and arms look odd. Additionally, you have a lot of jaggies and unclean edges on your outline. You also have various colours on the jacket, but they do not add shape or texture in a meaningful way. Here's a good tutorial to get started. Good luck!
