The nose and forehead wrinkles don't fit, but everything else seems fine.

I agree with lawerence about the black lineart. It is Mr.T so its awesome by default.

What I meant was, there's no need to have those abrasive black lines inside his face/nose/eyes/ears/chains etc. I did a quick edit on the nose & eyes here, to show you what I mean. Just imagine it as a painting or something, where there are no black lines.

Very simple, and quite nicely done. The shading is quite good.

I really think this would look better without the line-art left in there.
