The head is fine, I'm saying in proportion to the body the arms at least the one on the left side is too small. Like it disappears. Also you don't have to downgrade all the way to 5 or 6 colors, just try to find use for all the colors(if this other color can do the job then you have a color too many). If you do that you'll probably end up with 12 at most

I use large color palletes for my drawings but I think I should try atleast 5 or 6 colors for next time. I kinda went too far with this one.

Inklings are like that, I was using the amiibo as reference and I noticed that while I was drawing it, the head is pretty big and they're body is small. Also, I don't see anything wrong with the teeth but anyway thanks for the criticism, it helps me a lot.

I think you can re-use some colors in order to reduce the color count, 27 sound a bit to munch. You'll be faster with less color.

Why are the arms and hands so small? It looks pretty fine aside from that and the weird teeth it looks pretty okay though
