I like how this turned out. The young dryad is cute and seems full of life, but the old dryad at the bottom of the tree seem at peace. The top one seems a bit concerned or bored.
All in all a good piece, but I agree the grass seems a bit random and scribbled. It's okay to draw out a piece like that, but to make it pixel art, you need to go back through that and clean it up at the pixel level.
It is a challenge though, so I understand it's hard to go through all of it in a short time, but a few small changes can go a long way. This is a really great piece for your first piece, and you'll only get faster and better with practice, so keep at it!
You can make as many edits as you want before the challenge closes, and after the voting is done. During the week-long voting period, it's probably best not to make any changes.
is it allowed to still clean up some things till the end of the challenge?
i'm quite new here and this is my first pixelart post ^^'
Edit:
tried to make that mentioned grass better

You don't need to worry about a 17th colour, as you apparently have 15 colours in this, not 16 xP
The top of the grass looks rather scribbly and noisy, with lots of isolated pixels. It could use some clean-up.

thank you. I need to see around and learn how to put some pixels in the realy right place.
it is not easy but in the other hand.
but placing the 1, 2 or 3 pixels at the best position for a smile
or the pixels for an eye...
with a little experience this ist much faster than drawing a real eye in non pixel art XD
i just need to get more used to it and learn some more fundamentals now and basic stuff.
unless the next challenge sounds too interesting and fun :)
EDIT:
I'm to the birthday of my mum today and not sure if there will be enough time to fix the top gras before the challenge ends >.<
this time zones are quite tricky to see through.
it is actually 9:45 at my place :D
