 it becouse sega's harvester is that square-like, as you paint. (yes, i know sega'a Dune comes from PC, but that old PC version not famous, as sega's version. becouse PC at 90s was a rare, but console - was everywhere :) ) and most popular Dune - Dune 2000 - and movie have circle-like harvester.
 
draw for your romhack of Dune :) with your skill it will be interesting. i am trying to make Game Of Throne's version of Dune :) but my skill of pixel art is less, that nothing. my grafic is very ugly and most is converted from photos, not paint.

Thanks for the kind words. Everyone who sees this picture for some reason immediately remembers Sega, although I didn't even see this game on it.

But in any case, it's just a small piece on a given topic. Maybe sometime in the future I will draw more elements in the same style.

cool :) if you are interesting that Dune case - find some special Ti's builder for Dune for Sega Mega Drive. you can make easy romhacks. and i am hope soon we will make new version of builder and editor for that. by this tool units, screens, mentats can be edited.
