It's all right now. You probably used Bilinear or Bicubic instead of Nearest Neighbor when scaling the image.

I don't understand, it's the same colour palette as my previous image that was uploaded, and no, its a png.

It's a cute concept, but right now it's not pixel art because there's over 700 unique colors in it. Did you accidentally save it as jpeg? And please, upload it without pre-zooming.
