it reminds me of a character id see from guilty gear or something like that.

The darkest shade of pale/pearl white really needs to darker.

But although it looks to much like a wip it looks really good.

Its really a bit unfinished, isn't it?

it definitely looks like he is meant to be holding a weapon of some sort (the way his hands are place... perhaps a staff?) Some decent shading styles here with a good colour combination. Some parts look completely unfinished though... such as his feet and the cuff of his pants and sleeves

Looks alot like the Guilty Gear style! Very nice. But I think the color of the darkest shadow on his white clothes is a bit too dark.
