This looked better with a black background but i don't think pixel joint would accept it without transparency so here you go. Please write and comments or critisism you can think of but be fair. I'm still new to pixel art. Also please submit a rating. I kept the colour count fairly low until it came to the animation of the eyes, which really was just an afterthough. If you exclude them, the colour count is fairly low

well, it could really really use some dithering. The outline color is way wrong. you are using more of tanish grey tone here, so you should have a darker version of that. the shading/shadows are a little off, the skull should be rounded, but the way you did it, it looks like it has ripples.
the idea and lines look good. you should consider putting this on the forum in WiP and get some more crits and to help you improve through the community.
