Should this game exist it'd be quite the achievement both graphically and pushing the hardware to its limits :D.
Great stuff. I'd love to play this. I particularly like the top right screen because of the beautiful portraits and view screen, but it's all amazing.
Minimal is your only option with C64 hires and 2 colors per 8x8 area!

Hehe. I converted them to PRGs and will check them out at some later point on my 1084S. On that it should look good.
@ptoing: Pfft, just play it in an emulator with a good monitor! ;) ...In all honesty; there's also a few other elements/techniques in there that probably wouldn't be practical or even feasible in a real dynamic game.

Very nice stuff, esp the 2 screens at the top. The only issue I see with these is that the font would be very hard to read on certain screens, esp on TVs.
The portraits and miniatures are super daym good!
