This is a cute little animation, but I gotta ask - did you use the circle tool in your art program to make those rings? You can see that the circle isn't quite as smooth as it could be - you see how the most "diagonal" part of the circle looks a little misshapen, because it's alternating between line segments 2 pixels across and line segments 1 pixel across? Those are called jaggies - you usually want to smooth those out when doing PA.
