Yeah! Its photoshopped! Really! =)I don't know why you guys are thinking in this way - no regular dithering = photoshopped! I just don't get it. =? Like Fred says, its only good irregular dithering.

looks photoshopped to me.
if it were handmade it would have much better shapes. sacrificing true darkness (over the whole picture) for relative (more shades in a place) , like putting a grey shade behind the nose, as to show where the nose is. this ''true'' colouring makes it flat ( imagine how much rounder the forehead would look with an extra shade to ..shade

No ,tomic, I think that you're wrong. Just people from Ruda Slaska-town in Poland-using strange way to do an dithering, other way than rest of World. Please accept that picture ;)
