The hind legs, the wings and the tail could have used a little more work.

It would've been nice to see more hue shifting, different colors for the tongue and teeth shadows and the tail and wings look unfinished to me, like more could have been done with them. An impressive piece still, I like the detail of the arms and thighs.

This is really nice to look at. Personally i think you rushed the wings a bit, and it shows, although with only 3 colours i guess it would be difficult to render like the other areas. However, i see a colour perfectly suited for a highlight there... heheh. The body itself is awesome, and i really like the greeeeen.

His left wing is big enough, the left from our sight is being covered by it's left wing, I don't see a problem with that.
I also do not see the necesity to follow a stereotype on dragons, not every dragon has to be scaled, or spiky, or textured for that matter.

i think the neck is just a little too thick, and the left wing looks strange, like you wanted to save space and made it shorter... besides that really nice, although there could have been a few scales, or a rough kind of skin...
