Whew, finally got this one done, had to do a lot of dithering for this piece, and I love the end result. I did use the palette, and some areas for references.
I did mostly know what I was doing, however.

I like the style and mood of this. Only crit is more visible horizon line. Right now the sky melds with the water so it's hard to tell them apart.
