well...i dont like my old snake demon(http://pixeljoint.com/pixelart/19811.htm) so i redid it...well... i almost completely trashed the original, gave him legs, gave him horns, gave him a neck, made it darker, did some scaley-skin type of thing, gave him a tail and messed with the colors 15 colors, including transparency EDIT1:okay...im working on the feet now, cant get them to look right...so for now, this is it ^^

well i tried to add a second lightsource but....that didnt go so well...i think im going to flesh everything out and add a backgroud....

Or you could shade all of his body, it would look great, defining the muscles of his legs, and giving him black long nails on his feet, and adding some black to the tail, to break the monotony of the red.

You could try to blend his legs into the shadows.

i somehow feel its incomplete.
i think tou need add more details to the shadowy areas
