This is a frame of a character I designed for a game. He's an imperial soldier. The weapon in his hand is a dagger, if you can't see it clearly. Designed in Photoshop using the pencil tool.

OK, I changed the palette on the dagger. The sprite's now either 19 or 20 colors - can't be bothered to check at the moment.

I agree with M.E., the dagger is a bit hard to see, try to make it stand out.

24 colors? Maybe throw in a little highlight on the dagger to make it stand out?!
A dark on the helmet.
I like the eyes.
