Oh, definitely. I was simply showing it as a means of saying "here's what I was supposed to be doing, but this is what I ended up doing." Haha.

hmm well those sprite's legs look a little off as well. Maybe this is all in my head though. I think the purple works very nicely, and I suppose the yellow is merely preference.

Word, word. I'm a fan of the contrast the brightest yellow and dark purple make, but that's just me. Concerning the legs, I dunno either, clearly. ;)

Check the original sprite I was remaking here. And, unfortunately, I just now realized that I forgot the spurs! Update'll come soonish. Thanks for the comment!

I think the yellow is far too saturated for the rest of the piece, and the leg perspective looks a bit off, but all in all a nice piece.
