I think it is time to loose iso virginity.=) Inspired in some way by Jal's piece. Killed over 40 hours, a little rushed on the end - it appeared to be pretty annoying, just as i suspected.=)

Here's WIP ( careful, 3 mb, gif=)

user
Sheerkool (Level 1 Jukyu) @ 8/18/2008 10:52
One gazillion out of 5! It would be a crazillion and 55 (the highest number eva + 55), if it had even the tiniest animation, like, making the flags move. If I'm wrong, and there is animation, Then it goes to a mazacrillion and... something big.

user
Caniun (Level 1 Depressed) @ 8/18/2008 08:04
On a scale of one to ten (ten being the highest), i would rank this a bazillion

user
rexvandam (Level 1 Rookie) @ 8/6/2008 11:21

Unbelievable.

user
Blimparino (Level 1 Rookie) @ 7/13/2008 06:57

Whenever i think of a castle... i think of something you might see On Pans Labiryth or however you spell it... cause although you want it to be pretty and nice... it needs a dose of reality to where things arent always "fantasy" This isnt dark like Pands Labiryth, So it makes this piece even nicer... :}

I really really liked this.      5+++++++

Whoa! Amazing! o_o Everything is so realistic, and with only 36 colors too! I'm only a beginning pixel artist, and I can't comprehend how you'd be able to do that in 40 hours.

user
KwIjL (Level 5 Captain) @ 4/14/2008 05:06

Just brilliant! a master piece!

user
Jaeden (Level 4 Team Leader) @ 4/7/2008 14:24

user
Acherhar (Level 5 Amethyst) @ 2/24/2008 10:52

Oh my God....

EDIT: Inkspot captured my feelings perfectly. I was talking to myself over and over, and my eyes were actually getting watery... I must see more.

user
kingaschi (Level 1 Rookie) @ 2/23/2008 15:17

user
Arbor (Level 1 Depressed) @ 2/23/2008 10:54
...holy cow. .../holy COW./

i am beyond amazed at every single tiny detail you added in. The water looks phenominal, all the little people running aorund their job fill me with complete glee. The rocks underwater and around the eye ridge are breathtaking. the lovely little hits of cobblestone, the stairways, the tightrope walker.. I can continue to stare at this for an hour or more, and find something new to delight in every moment.

user
emlan (Level 2 Flatfoot) @ 2/3/2008 11:05
This truly is amazing!  Looking at it really makes me want to try doing an iso piece too, even though having to use proper lineart just don't mix with me. Only thing I miss is seeing a fish or two in the water!
