Even if it was resized, slash doesn't stand out over the background. why don't you just ditch everything but Slash, on his own, on a transparent background?
This piece will never be accepted as is :( The logo is resized and thus not pixelart. You need to repixel the whole background in using pixels. Or even ditch it altogether.
